Nora Lighting® Introduces Flin Series, Thin Regressed, Recessed Fixtures

COMMERCE, CA - Nora Lighting introduces the FLIN LED Series, thin regressed and recessed lighting fixtures that can be installed in tight, 2-inch plenums in suspended ceilings, new construction or remodel applications.

FLIN requires no housing; it incorporates universal coiled flippers that hold the fixture firmly in place. A regressed baffle provides visual comfort and the appearance of a deep recessed fixture.

The FLIN junction box, which measures less than 2” for shallow plenum ceilings, has a dimmable integral Triac/ELV driver and a 22” quick connect that allows flexibility during installation.  

The luminaire is available in 4”, 6” and 8” apertures with round or square baffled trims, and measures 0.65” in height (high output 1.65”) allowing for installation under some studs. LEDs are offered in 2700K, 3000K, 3500K and 4000K with 90+ CRI. Lumens range from 720lm to 2350lm.

Frame-in plates are available for new construction. FLIN is cULus listed for wet locations and ENERGY STAR certified. It complies with 2016 Title 24-part 6 High Efficacy LED light source requirements.
