Enhanced Optical Sensor Switches for Rotameters
Are you looking for a non-invasive way to detect high or low flow rates that can damage your equipment and processes?
Aalborg® Instruments’ enhanced Optical Sensor Switches automatically solve the problem! Easy to operate, simply power up, slide and set the carrier with the set of self-contained miniature photoelectric sensors to monitor the desired level of flow.
An orange light signals that the float is in the desired position. Excellent for OEM applications, the enhanced sensors, consisting of transmitter and receiver, will signal a cut-off valve, alarm, or other device (not included) when the float passes above or below the desired setting.
These versatile optical sensor switches can be used with Aalborg®’s P, S, and T rotameters. A kit is available for comparable flow meters.
Aalborg®’s Optical Sensor Switch Hi-Lo contains two sets of enhanced, self-contained mini-slim photoelectric sensors located on two solid carriers. Each set contains a transmitter and receiver. Perfect for OEM applications and a welcomed addition to your flow meter, use whenever maximum or minimum flow levels need to be automatically monitored. The Hi-Lo can also be used in conjunction with a control relay to power alternate equipment or monitoring devices.
