Sutton-Garten Now Providing MicroBulk Nitrogen Services to all Customers

Indianapolis, Ind., – Sutton-Garten Co., a leader in selling independent welding equipment, supplies and gases for more than 90 years, continues to expand its services to its customers, and offer excellent deals from its suppliers as well.

The latest addition to Sutton-Garten’s outstanding service is its new on-site capability of providing MicroBulk nitrogen service to the welding, food, cutting and manufacturing businesses.

Sutton-Garten’s new 850-gallon delivery system can quickly and efficiently deliver nitrogen into small permanently mounted bulk tanks, or it may be used to fill portable liquid Dewars on-site.

Either method eliminates a great deal of cylinders handling and delivery cost. Tanks need not be returned to Sutton-Garten for refilling and redelivery.

“This is a growing market for us in the industry,” said Pat Garten, President of Sutton-Garten. “A lot of laser-cutting machines use a large quantity of nitrogen, and laser-cutting has gotten more and more popular.”

There are several different sizes of nitrogen tanks, Garten explained, ranging from  7 to 10-inch diameter high pressure tanks, to large liquid bulk tanks like those used in hospitals. The MicroBulk process is designed as an intermediate-sized liquid tank for manufacturers to reduce cylinder handling, and they are quite cost-effective compared to high pressure cylinders or portable liquid containers.

Sutton-Garten also is proud to announce two special promotional programs being offered by two of its major lines.
