DADCO Introduces the SLC.800 Nitrogen Gas Spring Rail Lifter
New from DADCO, is the SLC.800 Nitrogen Gas Spring Rail Lifter. Designed with extended guide support this lifter eliminates the need for separate guidance components commonly used in progressive dies. An internal cushion helps prevent rail vibration facilitating smooth operation at high production rates for improved part handling.
The SLC.800 Lifter is available in a 3/4 ton force model with stroke lengths of 50-150 mm and forces on contact ranging from 395 lb. to 1580 lb. Operated as a linked system to ensure uniform lifting force, the SLC.800 lifter is supplied with an open flow fitting and can be linked using DADCO's fittings and hose. The SLC.800 includes a narrow flange mount for installation and has an M12 thread and dowel hole located at the rod end for easy alignment to lifter rails.
