New Micro Lifter from DADCO
The new SLN.090 Micro Nitrogen Gas Lifter from DADCO provides an all-in-one approach to guided lift applications. This compact lifter has a double-keyed guide rod preventing rotation and eliminating the need for additional guidance components. The SLN.090 is ideal for progressive stamping dies and offers two guide rod options for single point, multiple point or rail lift applications. DADCO's popular Micro 90(TM) gas spring, housed inside the guide rod, provides reliable lifting force and facilitates quick, easy repair.
The SLN.090 offers forces on contact ranging from 40 lb. to 200 lb. and may be adjusted to meet individual requirements. Available with stroke lengths from 25 to 125 mm, the SLN.090 comes standard with a Keyed Narrow Flange Mount.
