New AccuNip® nip stations with welded aluminum frames offer cost savings for laminating, thermal bonding, web heating/cooling, web pulling, or web squeezing operations.

(Orange, Mass.) - Custom-engineered AccuNip® nip stations are now available with welded aluminum frames, resulting in lower unit costs, shorter lead times, and improved maintenance options. Rugged light- and medium-duty models are ideal for laminating, thermal bonding, web heating/cooling, and web pulling and squeezing. New aluminum frame models offer nip loads up to 2,000 lb, while cast iron or steel frame AccuNip units produce up to 25,000 lb of nip load.
