Innovative Engineered Solutions, Inc. manufactures a high production, fully programmable, Vertical Tube Perforating Machine for various perforating applications. This high capacity machine features a robust modular design with several options to allow customers the ability to customize the machine to meet their production requirements. The machine’s vertical tube orientation is critical to its punching benefits and precision perforating control is achieved utilizing Rexroth hydraulics for tube positioning and horizontal punching as coupled with an electric rotational axis and pneumatic chuck.

The RB150 VPM is digitally controlled and can be ordered with either Allen Bradley or Siemens controls. The tube perforating machine utilizes a vertical loading orientation designed for high speed operation and long punch life due to its heavy-duty design.
