Teguar Rugged Waterproof Panel PCs are built for Tough Environments
Teguar’s new series of fully waterproof panel PCs are designed for tough applications. The TWR-2920 series comes in screen sizes 10.4” and 15” with a projected capacitive multi-touch screen. These panel PCs have full IP65 rated waterproof housings and come with M12 waterproof connecters, for a truly waterproof solution. These rugged computers are also MIL-STD-810F/G compliant, meaning they can withstand vibration and shocks.
These waterproof computers feature an Intel Celeron N2390 Quad Core processor and come with up to 8GB of RAM. They have TPM 1.2 security hardware, an mSATA storage bay, and M12 type I/Os including USB, RS232 (optional 422/485), a LAN port, and a 9-36V DC jack. Both the 10” and 15” units in this series have slim form-factors, less than 45 mm thick, and have fanless cooling and ultra-low power consumption. The 15” also has a 1 Watt waterproof speaker. Both sizes have a VESA 100 mounting hole pattern and the 10” also has a VESA 75 mounting hole pattern, so these units can fit on most VESA arms, wall mounts, or desktop mounts.
The TWR-2920 series can operate in temperatures from 5°F to 131°F (-15°C to 55°C) and have the option for a 1000 nit high-brightness, sunlight-readable LCD, making them suitable for an outdoor public kiosk or outdoor digital signage. The TWR-2920 is also ideal for placement on a manufacturing or production line where moisture, airborne particles, or liquids are prevalent. These computers have long lifecycle support and will bring great value to your business at a lower cost than other waterproof PCs.
