New Tray-To-Reel Handling for MEMS Test Cells
All SPEA MEMS test cells can now be equipped with the new reel sorting unit option, to offer the possibility to place the tested devices either in trays or in reel.
The test cell is able to perform the tray-to-reel handling while keeping the same throughput of the tray-to-tray handling, featuring the following characteristics:
o Complete hardware/software integration
o Single- or dual-reel sorting
o Reel exchange in less than 6 minutes (without stopping the test cell on the dual-reel sorting version)
o Multi-batch management
o Optical verification
