Introducing the Reell TI-360 Torque Insert with Knurled Shaft End Attachment
Reell's largest TI-300 torque insert now available with single and dual knurled shaft-end attachment options
SAINT PAUL, MINN. (PRWEB) NOVEMBER 04, 2019 - Reell Precision Manufacturing, a world leader in innovative small package position control, is proud to announce the introduction of its latest addition to the TI-300 Series Torque Insert family, the TI-360 with knurled shaft end attachments.
The TI-360 is the largest insert in the TI-300 Series and is available with torques from 6.0 to 10.0 N-m. With this release it is now available with single and dual knurled shaft-end attachment configurations, as well with a zinc adapter to enable press-fit into a variety of plastic materials.
All TI-300 Series inserts are also available with a "One-way" torque configuration. One-way torque eliminates nearly all the resistance to rotating the insert in one direction, without compromising the holding force in the other. This makes it ideal for vertical adjustment applications, where it holds solidly against gravity in the downward direction, while remaining easy to adjust in the upward direction.
The TI-360 utilizes ReellTorq® clip technology to deliver precise and consistent torque with a fully qualified life of 25,000 cycles, while providing the smoothest operating feel of any positioning solution on the market.
The TI-360 provides high torque in a compact package and is designed to be press fit into a variety of materials. Because of its unique inline mounting, the TI-360 is concealed from the user when installed. This can reduce the overall package size and improve the aesthetics of the application.
