This general-purpose UV inkjet primer for challenging substrates in-line and on demand thus saving time and money.
Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc. introduces a general-purpose UV ink jettable primer for hard to print substrates such as stainless steel, coated metals, uncoated metals, glass, and plastics. The Natron JP254 is for inline use with Ricoh Gen 4 and Ricoh Gen 5 print heads.
The JP254 primer is for use with any existing printing Ricoh Gen 4 and Gen 5 print heads. Alternatively, an additional print head, and UV-LED light source can be implemented to cure the primer before the ink colors are printed.
Like the Natron™ inkjet primers, the Natron™ JP254 primer has undergone rigorous testing to ensure perfect ink-jettability, printability, and adhesion on substrates.
