Antiviral Air Cleaning Using EES Patented Electrostatic Precipitator and Non-Thermal Plasma System
EnviroEnergy has a new and innovative Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) also known as electrostatic filter with combination of non-thermal plasma for treatment of the exhaust from the HVAC systems is presented. Recent negative experience with COVID - 19 demonstrated that current air treatment inside such premises as Hospitals, Nursing homes and Cruise ships is not adequate whereas there is no proper negative pressure of exhaust of air and there is no disinfection of the recycled air is taking place.
Solid particles such as Viruses, Bacteria, dust, aerosols, and the like, from exhaust Air first charged in the electrostatic field by high voltage discharge that is taking place between sharp points located on the ionizing electrodes and walls of collecting tubes.
During the high voltage discharge for charging and collecting particles high energy electrons are creating several active substances collectively called a Cold Plasma. Cold plasma is destroying the lipid coating around Viruses leading to their destruction similar what soap and water does during the hand wash but does it to entire air volume exhausted out of the building, factory or a cruise ship.
