Compact 2x3, 120 Watt AC/DC Medical & ITE Power Supply Class I or Class II Versions

Hudson, MA – Power Partners, Inc. is pleased to announce their PDAM120 Series of 120W ac/dc power supplies that feature either Class I or Class II input configurations and are designed for use in either medical or ITE applications.

The PDAM120 Series size is an industry standard 2 x 3-inch platform, available in three design options; open-frame, u-channel and enclosed with its focus on its high-efficiency and industry leading high-power density of 15.27W/in³ .

Available in three single output models; 12, 24, and 48VDC, each unit features 90 to 264VAC input voltage range, no-load power consumption <300mW, operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C (with derating), MTBF >250K hours per MIL-HDBK-217F at full load/25ºC ambient and weight of 6.4oz. (typical).

All models are designed to meet Level VI requirements and suitable for BF applied part applications. This series is fully certified to UL/cUL/EN60601-1, UL/cUL/EN60950-1, EMC Class B radiated and conducted EN55011 and Class A susceptibility EN55011.

The PDAM120 Series is manufactured in Taiwan, and thus is exempt from the newly enacted China import tariffs to the USA. Unit pricing starts as low as under $38.00 in OEM quantities. Standard unit prototypes are available for delivery within 2-4 weeks, with normal production lead times 16-18 weeks ARO.
