New T1354 Series TCXO Offers Excellent Performance in a Rugged, Radiation Tolerant Package

Q3, 2022 – Mechanicsburg, PA Greenray Industries, Inc. has announced the availability of the T1354 Series TCXO.

The T1354 TCXO (temperature compensated crystal oscillator) is available from 10 to 100 MHz and features an extremely rugged, 20.3mm x 12.7mm DIP package, clipped Sine output and supply voltage of +3.3 or +5.0 VDC.

The T1354 is radiation tolerant to 100krad (Si) total ionizing dose, and an ultra-low g-sensitivity option is available for appropriate applications. Frequency stability vs. temperature is ± 1.0 ppm (-20 to 70°C).

The T1354 Series has been designed for low orbit satellite applications (nano/micro satellites), RF telemetry systems, multiband terminal and upconverter applications.
