These new non-magnetic components are perfectly suited for medical applications where electronic devices must be placed in the same vicinity as MRI equipment, or in any situation where non-magnetic parts are specified. These 100% non-magnetic filter plates are available in the same wide capacitance range as Spectrum's standard filter plates.
Spectrum Control markets Easy Mate®, Easy Mate® Jr., bolt-in, and custom filter plates. Designed for snap-in installation into the chassis, Easy Mate® filter plates reduce installation time and prep work costs. Both the Easy Mate® and Easy Mate® Jr. filter plates feature multiple finger ground contacts that provide the lowest path of impedance for noise to ground, and EMI filtering from 5 MHz to 18 GHz. The Easy Mate® filter plates offer flexible mounting density with 0.100 inches and 2 mm centers. Prices range from $5.00 to $125.00 depending on models and quantity.
Spectrum Control's bolt-in filter plates eliminate the need to mount filters into bulkheads. These filter plates offer excellent filtering from 5 MHz to 1 GHz, as well as mixed capacitance values and circuits. Spectrum bolt-in filter plates are available in various plate sizes with up to 74 lines per plate (hi-density), and 60 pins per plate (standard density).
