DETECTO announces the new models 6560 and 6570 multi-use medical scales with fold-up column for vertical storage and easy transport. The 6570 offers a fold-up chair seat, so the 3-in-1 scale provides seated, standing, or wheelchair weighing. The chair seat has been tested to an impressive 800-lb maximum load, which rates significantly higher than competitor’s chair seat scales. The seat folds down for seated weighing and folds back up for wheelchair weighing. The model 6560 is a similar design without the chair seat for standing or wheelchair weighing.
The scales’ elegant, curved handrail provides patient support while weighing standing on the platform. By sliding the release levers, the columns easily fold down and lock for fast-and-easy transport and vertical storage of the scales.
