3.75 Inch Stroke Linear Voice Coil Motor Features a High Force-to-Size Ratio!
Van Nuys, CA -. The LVCM-051-127-01 Linear Voice Coil Motor with a stroke length of 3.75 in. (95.3 mm) is the newest addition to the Moticont’s extensive line of linear Voice Coil DC motors. This 2.00 in. (50.8 mm) diameter linear motor has a high force-to-size ratio of 5 lb (22.2 N) and a peak force of 15.8 lbs. (70.3 N) at 10% duty cycle. The motor features two 10-32 UNC-2B threaded mounting holes in the housing and two 10-32 UNC-2B threaded mounting holes in the coil end for easy integration into new and existing applications.
Features of this efficient, high force, high acceleration/deceleration, low inertia, clean, zero cogging, brushless voice coil motor, also know as a moving coil motor, makes it an ideal choice for: clamping and work holding, sorting, scanning laser beam steering and filtering, laser machining and drilling, testing, sampling, sorting, packaging, wafer handling, and medical and pharmaceutical applications.
