48 Solid-State Relays & 48 Digital Inputs Controller @ 170x130mm Footprint

Intelligent-Appliance proudly present the new ATE device, IA-2668-E: 96-ch Dry-Contact I/O device featuring 48 Solid-State relays, and 48 Digital Inputs as well as Pluggable Terminal Blocks at a 170x130mm footprint - Ethernet controlled and ready to go.

This new device was designed for delicate ATE use, but can also nicely fit many other implementations, such as Machine Control, Building Control, Factory Floor, Security, Monitoring and much more.

This new device includes special Input circuits which can be set to behave as LVTTL devices or TTL devices in order to best fit the present UUT circuits, while also well protected and filtered in order to handle high input signals in a wide Voltage range of over +/- 32VDC.

Moreover, the IA-2668-E internal Pull-up resistors may be set to be connected either to Positive or GND signal using software, hence supporting both NPN or PNP output circuits.

The Digital Input Logic can also be set by software, presenting as Positive or Negative one, while keeping this setup information for the next operation as well.

The IA-2668-E, with 48 Solid-State Relays, is an excellent ATE solution, capable of handling various Loads, Various UUT Input circuits, and also circuits that should be referred to GND, to a Positive Voltage or circuits that must be kept Galvanic Isolated. The new module introducing an excellent ATE solution, capable of handling Millions of operations without becoming a subject to mechanical failure.

The onboard Pluggable Terminal Blocks solution eliminate the need for extra cables and wiring boards, for direct, efficient and low-cost wiring, as well as easy implementation and mass-free environment.

Our new device optional wide and varied command set includes Internal functions, Software and Hardware Interrupt generation as subject to Digital Input State Change with an internal bit level masking ability.
