Waterjet Cutters and Cutting Machinery
New FLOW International Water-Jet Cutter
DAYTON MANUFACTURING COMPANY is proud to announce that it has recently acquired and installed a new FLOW International water-jet cutter to enhance their capabilities.
The new FLOW Integrated Flying Bridge water jet is equipped with a 100HP pump motor and has a cutting area of 72" by 144" with accuracy of ±0.008". It cuts using a water pressure of 87,000 psi. This machine further compliments DMC's laser cutters and forming presses, not to mention robotic welders.
DMC operates out of two (2) 50,000 sq.ft (4700 m2) facilities in Dayton, Ohio and is dedicated to providing quality metal fabrication and design. Capabilities and assets include the resources of a complete design and engineering department with Auto-Cad and Solid Edge available; Fabrication of small to high production runs; Advanced Quality Control systems to meet commercial and government requirements; Four 4400 watt Lasers; Two smaller 3000 watt Lasers; Two CNC Turret Punches; Four Press Brakes (up to 230t) for forming up to .375 thickness; Complete welding capabilities, including MIG, TIG, Robotic, Jet-Line and Spotweld; Complete metal finishing and treatment systems; Complete assembly and sub-assembly.
