The GCC AFJ-24S is an automated feeding system for sheet media that automatically load the media and cut the contour of printed graphics providing labor free operation with guaranteed cutting precision.
The auto feeder unit supports media standard up to B3 paper size (500 x 353 mm, 19.7 x 13.9 in.) and stacks up to 250 sheets. The suction cups facilitate sheet feeding without manual operation required, while the special designed media separation mechanism prevents double feeds and allowing an uninterrupted workflow.
The GCC AFJ-24S can accurately cut the outline of printed graphics by detecting the registration marks on digitally produced images thanks to the enhanced automatic-aligning system (AAS II). Along with the die cut and kiss cut function, the GCC AFJ-24S excels in short run label, decal cutting and packaging applications.
