Esco MILLHOG® Rolling Motors and Tube Expanders New Extensions Reach Around Obstructions
A line of boiler tube expanders now offered with several extensions which allow them to reach around obstructions in limited access applications have been introduced by Esco Tool. These tools create a uniform and tight mechanical seal between the tube I.D. and the boiler tube sheet.

Featuring a torque control setting which stalls the tool when it reaches the desired preset tube expansion, these tools create a uniform and tight mechanical seal between the tube I.D. and the boiler tube sheet.
Providing precise torque control from 25 to 325 ft.-lbs., Esco MILLHOG® Rolling Motors and Tube Expanders are ideal for rolling tubes from 0.625” to 4.5” O.D. Operating on standard shop air, they are supplied as complete kits available with 90-, 190-, and 280 RPM motors for straight-, flare-, long-reach, and beaded rolls.
