Original Press Release:

Creative Materials introduces 126-40, a Flexible Solvent-resistant Electrically Conductive Fine Line Ink and Adhesive.

New Product – Creative Materials introduces 126-40, a flexible solvent-resistant electrically conductive fine line ink and adhesive.

126-40 is singular among our electrically conductive adhesives, in that it has been optimized for a variety of application methods including screen printing, stenciling and needle or jet dispensing for circuits with fine-line widths and spacing or small bond pads. 126-40 can be printed down to 50-micron wide lines.

In addition, 126-40 has virtually no bleed, and minimal spreading, tailing, or stringing. It also features excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, which include ITO-coated surfaces, polyimide, polyester, glass, polycarbonate, and metallic circuit board finishes. 126-40 is very resistant to aqueous and organic solvents, and it is resistant to flexing, scratching, and creasing. Applications for 126-40 include touch screen bus bars, solar cell grid lines, emi/rfi shielding of polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, and membrane switches.

Creative Materials designs, develops, and custom manufactures specialty electronic inks and adhesives. The company holds both ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications. All products are manufactured in the USA.
