New EAU1 Series Compact Electric Actuator from Hayward Flow Control
Clemmons, NC (September 28, 2018) Hayward Flow Control announces the introduction of our new EAU1 Series compact quarter-turn actuator featuring an ISO5211 compliant mechanical mount. The EAU1 Series can now be direct-mounted to Hayward’s TBH Series ball valves, as well as onto thermoplastic or metal quarter-turn valves, reducing substantially the time and effort in linkage systems. The EAU1 when direct mounted with Hayward TBH Series Ball Valves is ideal for applications where size and weight are critical for your needs.
Rated at 120”lbs in unidirectional on/off control, the EAU1 Series requires only three wires for complete control. An auxiliary switch is available for remote indicating of open and closed positions. All field terminations are via a terminal strip located under the top cover. The EAU1 features a corrosion resistant Glass Filled Polypropylene housing with NEMA4/4X rating. All gearing is hardened steel. Finally, the EAU1 Series is available in 12vac or vdc, 24vac or vdc, 120vac and 230vac voltages, making it ideal for global use.
