Fort Worth, Texas – December 14, 2021 – TTI, Inc., a leading specialty distributor of electronic components, announces the availability of the full range of Off-the-Shelf (OTS) KK2.54 Tin Discrete Cable Assemblies from stock at TTI.
These cable assemblies offer three cable lengths (150.00mm, 300.00mm and 600.00mm) and a variety of circuit sizes to facilitate both prototyping and global preproduction. They feature dual-cantilever terminals that help ensure reliable electrical contact and performance with low insertion force as well as polarizing header backwalls, polarizing ribs on receptacles and polarizing pegs to help prevent accidental mis-mating during assembly. Tape-and–reel packaging with pick-and-place caps is available that enables highly automated termination processing and accurate PCB placement. The optional, kinked PC tail maintains header positioning while soldering KK RPC headers. These cable assemblies are offered in high- temperature nylon and reflow matte-tin plating to allow for 260°C wave and reflow solder processing.
