Designed to withstand the demands of the most rigorous flow measurement applications, this meter was originally intended for the secondary oil recovery market but provides an ideal solution for liquid flow measurement on or off the oil field.
Since 1975, Blancett turbine meters have delivered accurate, consistent, reliable and informative flow measurements for liquid and gas applications. These turbine meters are popular velocity flow-measuring devices with the ability to measure wide flow ranges with good accuracy. They are known for their fast speed of response, low pressure drop, and durable construction.

Badger Meter's top load turbine flow meter can be paired with a Blancett B2900 flow monitor, which provides advanced communication capabilities over an RS485 bus using Modbus remote terminal unit (RTU) and control outputs. This allows operators to connect meters to a network for process automation and/or remote flow monitoring. The Modbus RTU connection can be configured with user-selected baud rates.
The Blancett Top Load Turbine Flow Meter is available in one- and two-inch nominal pipe sizes with an accuracy rating of ±1 percent of reading and a repeatability of 0.1 percent of reading. Ideal flow ranges vary between 5...225 gallons per minute (GPM)/18.9...851.72 liters per minute (LPM) depending on line size. The meter comes calibrated and traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards.
