Original Press Release:

Our Most Versatile Marking Unit 322

The 322 is a highly robust device for 3-shift operations. All components of this coordinate unit have been developed for regular use and are continuously tested to ensure a constant quality. Together with a marking head and a controller this marker is made for direct workpiece marking, e.g. in transfer lines, production machines or gauging and testing stations. The marking head is mounted underneath the coordinate unit in a dimensionally stable base body made from aluminum cast. Powerful and precise stepper motors, ball bearing spindles and carriage with circular ball track in both marking axes complete the compact and low-maintenance design of the 322.

Marking areas range from 40 x 50 mm to 250 x 250 mm, offering scribe, stylus, dot marking and DataMatrix coding (ECC200) marking technologies with the widest possible range of marking heads. In addition, the sheer variety of options make it our most versatile and flexible marking machine. Different types of dirt cover, electrical or pneumatic adjustment units with brakes and variable strokes, surface touching for dot marking / DataMatrix marking heads, and of course any type of communication interface customers require.
