NETZSCH Now Offers Standardized Mixing and Dispersing Equipment Line

EXTON, Pa. - August 7, 2008 - NETZSCH Fine Particle Technology now offers its line of mixing and dispersing equipment in-stock for industrial manufacturers that do not need custom-designed systems. In stock at NETZSCH's Exton, Pa., facility, the NETZSCH Machinery Dispersers (NMD) provide variable speed control for low- to medium-viscosity products. The line is immediately available for delivery, eliminating the longer lead times needed for custom-designed, custom-built systems.

"We listened to buyers and now offer this line for companies that want NETZSCH quality and NETZSCH service, but simply don't have the budget or need for a completely custom-produced system," said Frank Warburg, NETZSCH national sales manager. "Now customers can get the NETZSCH advantage with full functionality and quicker delivery."

The NMD shaft is constructed of stainless steel with a hard chrome-plated, stainless steel, high-speed blade. Large bearing distances provide greater strength and stability. The tapered shaft and V-belt drive are dynamically balanced for even dispersion.

This user-friendly mixer offers cost-efficient dispersion with easy-to-use features, including:

Automatic dispersion mode and batch timer
Push-button speed control
Maintenance-free digital speed indicator
Electrohydraulic raise and lower feature with push-buttons
Control panel with amp, hour and RPM meters
