InfoGraphic Systems' ACURT2 and ACURT4 Networked Intelligent Controllers provide backbone for TOPAZ software
Garden Grove, CA, February 11, 2002 - InfoGraphic Systems' new ACURT2 and ACURT4 Networked Intelligent Controllers support its TOPAZ access control software system. Each panel contains a 32 Bit, 90 MHZ Motorola ColdFire processor with 16 MB of battery backed-up RAM allowing high speed transactions and support for up to 250,000 cardholders. The panels support two (RT2) and four (RT4) readers. Readers may be any combination of reader, keypad or combined reader/keypad.
Both panels have an on-board high speed LAN/WAN connection, and also allow for connection through RS-485, RS-232 and dial-up, providing installation flexibility.

* Supports magnetic stripe, Wiegand, proximity, barcode or biometric technologies, keypad or combined reader/keypad.
* Supports various card formats enabling the use of a facility's
existing cards. Also supports multiple site or facility codes.
* True 32-bit Motorola processor assures high speed downloads, fast access and real-time alarm reporting.
* 16 MB memory support for up to 250,000 cardholder records in each panel.
