Actix Announces Enterprise System for Super Call Trace Geo-Location



London, 2 November 2009 - Actix, the leader in Network Status Management (NSM) and Optimization, has revealed its Actix One Enterprise system for geo-location of Super Call Trace data. Actix' geo-location technology allows operators to see actual subscriber behavior using live network data without the need for GPS. Super Call Trace with geo-location is an NSM application module currently available within the Actix One suite.

Geo-location, which refers to the identification of geographic location, allows a network operator to identify the exact physical location of billions of subscriber-related events on a nationwide network. This allows operators to understand the volume and types of traffic they are serving in each physical location and any network performance problems subscribers may be experiencing.
