This mini terminal keypad uses Ethernet connection to transmit and receive information over TCP/IP protocol. Capable of functioning as a standalone remote interface terminal which is controlled from the host with bi-directional communication thus satisfying a broad range of solutions requiring PIN entry or digit stream entry. One or more units can be used over the same network. The onboard memory allows settings to be adjusted either prior to shipping or remotely over the Internet to reduce the cost of set up and installation. The firmwares as well as key legends are adaptable enabling solutions such as the ability to manage documents by remotely accessing database for local printing, PIN entry for account access, facility management, security applications, cash less transaction, and much more. The unit can be set up as Client or Server.
