NetDespatch Launches Software as a Service Innovations at Post-Expo 2011

MARLOW, England - NetDespatch will launch new online software innovations at Post-Expo 2011 (27 to 29 September, Stuttgart Messe, Stuttgart, Germany, Stand 9050). The provider of web shipping and integration software for the postal sector, will demonstrate its new Integrated Labelling solutions that make it easy to print complex domestic and international shipping labels directly from sales order processing, warehouse despatch and accounting systems and software.

This NetDespatch innovation enables postal and parcel carriers to extend availability of their web shipping tools to millions of small business users, who can now print the correct labels directly from their business software, eliminating the need for separate shipping systems and duplicating customer information and data entry. As soon as an order is ready for despatch, shippers simply "click to ship" and the appropriate fully addressed shipping label is returned to them as a PDF. The system simultaneously advises the postal or parcel carrier of the shipping request.

New Zealand Post has worked for several years with NetDespatch to produce its highly successful, easy to use, RedClick lodgement tool, enabling their customers to generate and print complex shipping documentation using simple web forms. Following integration with Elegant Solutions' StarShip application, a popular add on for accounting software, millions of MYOB and Moneyworks users in Australia and New Zealand will now be able to generate New Zealand Post labels directly from their despatch dashboard. They will also use the dashboard to track all outgoing orders.

NetDespatch will also show their new Royal Mail Tracked and Royal Mail Tracked Next Day web shipping, tracking and advanced systems integration tools, including Integrated Labelling. The services, available anywhere in the world, enable users to print official Royal Mail barcoded shipping labels using simple web forms, scheduled imports or advanced web services, and automatically generate the required electronic pre-advice files and print paper collection manifests. The NetDespatch solutions are available free of charge to more than 1,500 retailers who have registered to use the Royal Mail Tracked services.

NetDespatch will also demonstrate its unique eTrader shopping cart, an ecommerce solution for posts, couriers and carriers. This is used by DHL Sameday to provide account-free, web booking for its same day collection and delivery services.
