Needle Valve has M3 threaded inlet and hose barb outlet.
Press Release Summary:
Weighing 2.26 g with installed height of 10.4 mm, Micro Needle Valve controls flows from 0-1 scfm at 50 psig. Metal to metal seal provides positive shut-off to 25 in. Hg. Adjusted flow remains stable even during temperature fluctuations as needle and valve seat are both stainless steel. Valve body swivels 360° to facilitate installation and orientation. Applications include hydrogen fuel cells, instruments, laboratory equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Micro Needle Valve M3 Threaded
Beswick Engineering announces the release of a micro needle valve with M3 threaded inlet and hose barb outlet. The new M3 threaded needle valve is designed and manufactured for applications where space, leak-tightness, durability, and light weight are required. It can be used to control mini-cylinders, nozzles, timing circuits, filling heads, bleed vents, and in many other metering applications. It weighs just 2.26 grams and the installed height is about 10.4 mm. The needle valve allows precise flow adjustment. The adjusted flow remains stable even during temperature fluctuations as the needle and valve seat are both manufactured from stainless steel. The valve body swivels 360 degrees to facilitate installation and orientation. The needle valve body is designed with "built-in-barbs" which saves space and reduces cost of connections and assembly time. The valve controls flows from 0 to 1 SCFM at 50 psig. The metal to metal seal provides positive shut-off to 25 in Hg. Applications include: hydrogen fuel cells, medical and dental equipment, instruments, laboratory equipment, ink jet print engines, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, toxic gas detectors, aerospace equipment, packaging machinery, industrial robots and many more. Beswick Engineering designs and manufactures high-performance miniature fluid power components, including: fittings, valves, quick disconnects, pressure regulators/gauges, cylinders, filters, orifices, shock absorbers, pressure electric switches, tubing, etc. Beswick speaks your language and can custom design products to meet your specific requirements.
