New applications makes programming easier -
Irvine, California - March 2, 2009 - NCCS, the developer of NCL multi-axis machining software for the aerospace, automotive and turbo machinery industry, introduces new applications in the use of NCL by multiple users and multiple versions on the same computer. This technique offers programmers more flexibility and more reliability amongst its multiple part-programs.
User Settings Directory
NCCS has enhanced its multi-axis machining software, Version 9.7 to aid multiple users and multiple versions within NCL.
o NCL has incorporated individual directories for each user to load its default settings from, allowing multiple users on the same computer to use different default settings than the other users and when these settings are saved by NCL, they will only affect the current user.
o New settings have also been added to make it simpler to run multiple versions of NCL on the same computer. This application helps to speed up the programming of old and new programs thereby, allowing users to be more productive.
According to David Schultz, NCCS' Manager of CAD/CAM Applications, "The goal of NCCS is to offer the best programming solutions enabling our customers to achieve the highest quality in the shortest time. The user settings directory gives users more flexibility and options with programming multiple part-programs."
