NB Web Express Runs with Cadre's Cadence Fulfillment Software to Deliver Shoes and Apparel for Its Online New Balance Store

Cadre Technologies announced today that NB Web Express, an online and telephone retailer offering New Balance products, has selected Cadence Fulfillment software to manage warehouse and order processing operations. NB Web Express, independently owned and operated by Express Blessings, Inc. is a retail licensee of New Balance Athletics Shoe, Inc.
The company sells New Balance shoes and apparel via its online web store and telephone ordering facilities located in Fenton, Missouri. It will implement Cadence Warehouse Management, Cadence Web Access, Cadence Mobile Logistics, featuring voice-directed picking, in addition to EDI and financial interfaces.
"Our objective is to manage orders and inventory as efficiently as possible to provide unparalleled customer service," said John Willey, the company's director of warehousing. "We are very excited to use Cadre's integrated speech processes in our operation."
The Cadence Fulfillment system is a real-time; rules based system that manages every aspect of receiving, putaway, picking, packaging and inventory. It will connect directly with NB Web Express web storefront and customer service reps.

All Cadence products are built on the Microsoft Windows/SQL Server platform.
