The Confluent(TM) NFM from Upchurch Scientific® delivers isocratic solvents at flow rates from near zero nL/min to 4.5µL/min. The unit includes three major components: a single sapphire piston displacement pump, a noninvasive flow sensor and a four-position selection valve. The Confluent NFM facilitates ultralow flow fluid handling applications such as nanospray mass spectrometry, trap column regeneration, lab-on-a-chip infusion, mass spectrometric mass calibration and nano-LC.
