Nano-Ceramic Grease is available in numerous package sizes.

Press Release Summary:

DayLube features nanoceramic particles acting as sub-microscopic ball bearings to provide continuous lubrication to steel surfaces. Available in 16 oz tubes, jars, and 1 and 5 gal containers, it is chemically inert, wear-resistant, and maintains viscosity across temperature range of -40°F to +800°F. Nanoceramic particles remain intact to 2,500°F. Product also has high load-bearing properties, low dielectric constant, and resistance to steam, acids, and most chemical products.

Original Press Release:

DayLube Nano-Ceramic Grease Available in a Range of Sizes

Dayton, OH – DayLube high performance grease, which uses nanoceramic particles that act as sub-microscopic ball bearings to provide continuous lubrication to steel surfaces, is available in a full range of sizes including 16-ounce tubes and jars, as well as gallon and five gallon containers.   With a much lower coefficient of friction at all temperatures than traditional PTFE greases, chemically inert DAYLube is environmentally friendly.  It maintains its viscosity across the full temperature range and does not soften or run out - after 100,000 production strokes it shows no evidence of breaking down.  Extraordinary adhesion extends production up to 10-times that of other greases.  This proven nanoceramic lubricating grease provides unparalleled friction reduction and wear-resistance, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.

DAYLube operates in temperature ranges from -40°F to 800°F – and the nanoceramic particles remain intact to 2500°F.  It survived the ASTME 4-ball weld test with no weld and minimal damage to all ball bearings.  Competitive brands, on the other hand, produced a soft weld after 2 seconds and complete failure and major damage to all bearings.

DAYLube has high load-bearing properties, a low dielectric constant, does not contain metal or silicone and is resistant to steam, acids, and most chemical products.

"DAYLube lasts longer than traditional greases – meaning that less is required.  So we offer it in various sizes to suit particular application requirements," said Dayton Progress Marketing Manager Brian Marsh.  "Customers can purchase the size that best suits their needs – from 16-ounce tubs to 5-gallon containers.  When considering all factors there is not a better lubricating value than DAYLube."

Industries benefiting from the use of DAYLube include construction and earthmoving equipment, landscape contracting equipment, agricultural, automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, general manufacturing, marine, material handling, stamping & fabricating, truck & bus, and more.
