WAUKEGAN, IL - DEUBLIN Company introduces a new series of Multi-Passage rotating unions for the most complex and demanding fluid power applications including plastics and rubber processing, steel manufacturing, semiconductor, machine tool, aerospace and flight simulators, industrial cranes, rail transportation, de-scaling operations and more.
DEUBLIN Multi-Passage unions are modular in design and can be configured to each application. Multiple-passage unions convey virtually any liquid or gas medium (steam, water, coolant, hydraulic or cutting fluids, inert gas or vacuum). The same or different media can be conveyed to different rotating feed points within the same axis.
The requirements of each application will dictate the number of passages (from 2-12), port style (G, NPT, PT, SAE, etc), port diameter (from 1/8"-1-1/4"), flange type, housing material, and whether electrical slip rings are required. DEUBLIN incorporates a variety of sealing technologies depending on the application's rotational speed and torque, delivered media pressure, operating temperature and other factors.
