Apex Extends Its High Voltage Multi-Channel Amplifier Family With The Dual Channel MA01 That Delivers Up To 330V At Peak Output Currents Of 120mA Per Channel With No Second Breakdown Into A Wide Variety Of Loads

The new Apex MA01 is a dual channel precision monolithic high voltage IC solution in an industry standard PSOP package. With a foot print measuring less than 0.5" square, the MA01 drastically reduces the board space requirements in applications where multiple independent loads must each be precisely controlled.
The MA01 features high voltage operation up to 350V and output voltage up to 330V per channel with no second breakdown. It also addresses a key requirement for low quiescent current with less than 2 mA per channel. Power bandwidth is 26 Khz at full output voltage. Each channel can operate independently or both channels can be bridged for 660V p-p output with only a slight reduction in total output current as defined by SOA curves.
