The Moyno 2000 pump is a proven performer in multi-fuel or dual fuel applications for burner feed, boilers, heaters, dryers and furnaces with the ability to handle abrasive materials with a high percentage of solids, flow rates to 4,500 gpm and pressures up to 1,500 psi.
The Moyno 2000 pump features the highly acclaimed crowned gear universal joint drive train configuration to provide exceptional torque and thrust control. The rugged gear joint effectively handles highly viscous fluids. Patented joint seals protect the gear joints from pumpage contamination. The rear gear joint location in the Moyno 2000 Pump reduces the radial load on the drive shaft and bearings and requires minimal pump disassembly to service.
The 2000 pump is enhanced with proprietary Moyno Ultra-Technology® advancements, ensuring maximum durability, enhanced performance and long service life, even in pumping abrasive materials. The proprietary Ultra-Shield® rotor coatings used on the Moyno 2000 pumps have out-performed other coating types in abrasive environments both in the laboratory and in years of successful application in the field. In addition to superior wear protection and long service life, Ultra-Shield rotor coatings also provide excellent corrosion resistance. Moyno's Ultra-Flex® stator elastomers also provide long life in handling abrasive fluids such as in coal/oil slurries.
