A universal mounting collar that can be supplied with several different bore designs to fit onto rail mounts and other devices is being introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Stafford Universal Mounting Collars have a flat surface with a countersunk and tapped hole on the bore that lets it be mounted to a flat surface or onto a rail or shaft and then allows another device to be attached to it. Featuring smooth- hex-, square-, threaded-, or keyed bores, they eliminate the need for drilling holes or welding and can be easily repositioned.

Suitable for mounting or attaching devices in a variety of machinery,
power transmission, packaging, conveyor, laboratory, and consumer product applications, Stafford Universal Mounting Collars are available in one- and two-piece configurations. Made from steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, they can be supplied in standard inch or pipe sizes from 1/8" to 10" I.D.
