Motorized Torque Tester



The Mark-10 Corporation of Hicksville, NY announces the availability of its new motorized torque test stand, the model TSTM.

Typical applications include material testing, spring testing, bottle cap testing, torque tool calibration, fastener testing, product integrity testing and many others.

The unit is capable of testing up to 100 lbin of torque and readily accepts a variety of company's torque measurement instruments and fixtures.

The rotary table has tapped holes on its surface for fixture mounting and a dial on its side for angle measurement. It can accommodate test samples or fixtures of up to 8" in diameter.

The sensor bracket is part of a lockable lever-operated slide mechanism for ease of engagement with the test sample. Adjustable mechanical stops are provided for repetitive testing.

The remote console contains an adjustable speed control operating the internal motor in the range of speeds of 0.3-9.0 rev/min. A knob for manual position control is also provided.

The stand weighs 30 lb and measures 32"H x 8"W x 9.5"D.

The modular design allows it to be used as a component of larger or automated systems. Manually operated and horizontally mounted versions are also available.
