Liquid Control's C-500 and PosiDot® Raises the Bar on Dispensing Technology XYZ Automation
Liquid Control has provided well-regarded, robust and accurate XYZ dispensing platforms for more than ten years. However, shifts in end user expectations combined with advances in software, motion control design and components led Liquid Control to develop a XYZ Cartesian Platform from the ground up. This major project was guided by the results of a large-scale survey of Liquid Control existing and prospective customers. The expectations were, among other things: a cost effective, easy to operate and program, flexible, repeatable and low maintenance system. Liquid Control designed and manufactured the C-500 with all the customer requirements in mind.
The C-500 XYZ automation platform is designed for applications such as gasketing, sealing, bonding, encapsulation, filling, and other automated dispensing needs. Offered with a 20x20 inch envelope, servo motor drive, and +/-.001 repeatability. The windows based software makes programming simple and fast, even for someone that has never programmed before. A flat touch screen panel and industrial PC are standard features.

Another benefit of the C-500 XYZ motion platform, is that it can be combined with a variety of Liquid Control's single and plural component valves. A typical two-component dispenser would be the Liquid Control PosiDot® with point-of dispense-meter-mixing capability using a patented disposable motionless mixer. The precise PosiDot®, seamlessly synchronizes motion with two-component dispensing.
