Ricoh Introduces the Aficio SP 1000SF Monochrome Multi-Function Product
Entry Level Multifunction Product Increases Speed and Efficiency for Small Offices and Workgroups
WEST CALDWELL, N.J., Nov. 15 -- Ricoh Americas Corporation, the leading provider of digital office equipment, today launched the Aficio(R) SP 1000SF monochrome multifunction product (MFP). The Aficio SP 1000SF is an entry-level monochrome MFP, designed to seamlessly integrate into any fast- paced small office or workgroup. This compact laser system offers monochrome print, copy, and fax capabilities as well as full-color scanning. The Ricoh Aficio SP 1000SF delivers high productivity and efficiency in an intuitive device that simplifies common tasks.
Created to improve workflow, the Aficio SP 1000SF MFP delivers superior quality at an affordable total cost of ownership, making it ideal for small office environments. Offering such features as dual access allows the unit to perform two or more functions at once: such as sending and receiving a fax while printing increases productivity in the office. Additionally, the Aficio SP 1000SF offers functions normally found on higher-volume devices. Scanning documents is quick and easy with its built-in document archive with PaperPort(R) 9.0SE software, which also enables users to manage their documents with an icon-based application that makes it easy to organize, manage and share digital documents. The device also features a built-in USB interface which allows users to print directly from a USB memory stick with no need to turn on their connected computer, saving the user's valuable time. Furthermore, the Aficio SP 1000SF features a 250-sheet paper tray. This capacity makes for fewer interruptions to replenish paper.
