Baler Monitor Offers Usage Control and Automated Bale Pick-Up Request
One Plus introduces the BALER BOSS Monitor Control System designed for security control of access to use of balers and accountability of bales produced. Simple installation. Can be retrofitted to new or existing balers-horizontal or vertical.
Access to use of the baler can be limited only to authorized, trained personnel of required lawful age. Users can easily be added or locked out. This function can be performed on-site or remotely via a modem call.
Controlled access to use of baler can be made with an assigned ID entered on a keypad, or with a Bale Pass. Digital display prompts are simple.
Setting up a pre-determined number of bales will trigger an automatic request for a pick-up, sent to the hauler/recycler's PC or fax.
A hauler/recycler has two way communication capability to communicate with BALER BOSS. Data on how many bales are ready for pick-up and total number of bales made, at any location, within any time frame are available. Bale Edge Software provides communication capability for one baler or thousands.
BALER BOSS can improve employee safety, track baler usage and request pick-up of bales, with minimum employee involvement.
