Modules from Astronergy Achieved New UL1703 Certificate for Higher Level Fire Performance
HANGZHOU, China –Â Astronergy has achieved the new UL1703 Certificate with Type1 fire performance to replace the old Fire Class C rating. Among thousands of manufacturers, Astronergy is one of the top panel providers that have been recognized by North American agencies with the certificate proving that modules from Astronergy have reached the highest fire performance level.
Although new standards of fire performance level for solar panels in the whole US market will be officially under implementation till Jan 2016, Astronergy has pushed itself to enhance products reaching the new requirements in the first month of 2015. Only the modules with the best performance can have Type1 certificate which is a crucial step toward Fire Class A rating for the combination of panel and racking system.
