New Module Offers Multiple Inputs for Tight Spaces
(Hartford, WI) HED introduces the latest addition to their CANLink® family of innovative controls for off-highway equipment and other vehicles. The CL-202 is a solid-state microprocessor based module designed to provide a large number of versatile inputs in one location.
This component enables collection of inputs from a variety of functions within a tight area. It offers all of the advantages of the CANLink family, including robustness and durability under extreme and hostile environments, simplified vehicle design, built-in customer diagnostics and trouble-shooting capabilities and user-friendly programming software
The CL-202 incorporates 16 low current switch-to-battery type inputs and four switch-to-ground harness codes that can also be used for additional inputs. There are also input configurations for Frequency and Resistive Dependant Sensor inputs.
The standard HED CL-202 is furnished with software code that allows it to read the inputs and send out SAE J-1939 CAN messages.
