Pro-Line Offers "Dimension Next" Expandable Modular Work Stations



HAVERHILL, Mass., January 12, 2004 - Pro-Line, a recognized leader in modular ergonomics, announces the availability of the Dimension Next line of expandable modular work stations.

The stations, which feature an overall height of 82 inches, can be used in a wide variety of assembly and manufacturing environments. Available in both single-sided and double-sided versions, the Dimension Next Series features a heavy-gauge steel frame that bolts to the top supports, adding strength to the work surface and lateral support to the entire station. The 1000-pound capacity of the work stations ensures that even the heaviest jobs can be accommodated.

The textured beige powder coat finish with blue accents strips creates a durable finish as well as superior aesthetics. In fact, the Dimension Next series is particularly suited to any high-traffic area where a high-tech, clean appearance is important.

The flexibility of the Dimension Next Series is evidenced by the wide variety of styles and sizes offered. Both the single-sided and double-sided versions are offered in two styles: Starter and Add-on. In addition, both single-sided and double-sided are offered in three sizes: 48" x 30", 60" x 30", and 72" x 30".

The Single-Sided Starter Station includes two uprights, two horizontal leg supports, one top frame assembly and one 180-degree rolled front edge work surface with standard or ESD laminate. The Single Sided Add-On station includes one upright, one horizontal leg support, one top frame assembly and one 180-degree rolled front edge work surface with standard or ESD laminate. The Double-Sided Starter Station includes two uprights, two back to back horizontal leg supports, two top frame assemblies and two work surfaces with standard or ESD laminate. The Double-Sided Add-On station includes one upright, one back-to-back horizontal leg support, two top frame assemblies and two 180-degree rolled front edge work surfaces with standard or ESD laminate.

The optional modular accessories of the Dimension Next series lets users configure each station to meet their needs. The solid, slotted aluminum uprights allow work surface or optional accessories to be mounted anywhere along the column without the use of tools. Work surfaces and optional accessories adjust independently of each other on double-sided stations.
