MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Phoenix Contact introduces RIFLINE Complete, a modular ice cube-style relay system with a broad range of accessories. RIFLINE Complete is available as either completely assembled modules, which can save assembly time and labor costs, or as individual components, to create a custom solution.
Relays in the series are equipped with Phoenix Contact’s push-in wire termination technology. The push-in technology reduces wiring time and costs, as no tools are required for insertion. RIFLINE Complete is compatible with Phoenix Contact’s Clipline Complete terminal block accessories for bridging, marking and testing, helping to save on component and storage costs. With the new multifunctional plug-in timing module accessory, users can easily turn a relay module into a timing relay.
The modular system ranges from universal ice cube-style relays and slim 6.2-mm-wide terminal-block style relays to a power relay with high switching capacity, which can be used as a small power contactor replacement. The complete range offers relays that can switch currents up to 16 A, and the most powerful relay can switch voltages up to 440 V. Users can implement all standard relay applications with a single product group and benefit from a uniform and consistent system.
RIFLINE Complete relays are UL recognized and have received CSA certification. Therefore, all of these relays conform to the standards and guidelines of the U.S. and Canadian markets.
