Original Press Release:

Increase Conveying System Flexibility with TIVAR® Rail® Modular Rails

Poly Hi Solidur's TIVAR® Rail® offers convenient modular rails with a C-design that clamps TIVAR® tight against the stainless steel sheath. The innovative assembly design keeps the TIVAR® profile in place, eliminating pop-outs in multidirectional bends and gaps where food can catch and bacteria thrive. In addition, the C-cross-section design is stiffer than U-shaped designs, requiring fewer clamps and making installation quick and easy. The lightweight profile means fewer brackets even on longer runs. TIVAR® Rail® components meet industry standards (sizes) for guide rails which fit into a modular system, making it very easy to adjust and replace. The result? A conveying system that actually increases a company's flexibility. TIVAR® Rail meets USDA and FDA food handling guidelines, reduces noise, is self-lubricating and chemical-, corrosion-, moisture- and wear-resistant.
