Industrial Solutions strategic business unit of Honeywell [NYSE:HON announced today that it has begun shipment of its most comprehensive and functionally rich version of its core POMS® MES offering. The release of POMS MES(TM) 4.3 continues Honeywell POMS' commitment to to provide on-going additional value with new capabilities and evolutionary migration paths to the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and dairy, beverage, and health and personal care regulated industries, and to its more than 70 validated sites.
POMS MES is an enterprise production management system for the
regulated industries, providing control and tracking of all aspects of plant floor execution. POMS MES 4.3 leverages the latest Microsoft SQLserver and Oracle technologies and is certified on both NT 4.0 and Windows 2000. Functionality includes recipe management, inventory management, asset management, production order management, dispensing, electronic batch records, WIP management, and reporting. POMS MES ensures predictive quality while providing a complete history for compliance demonstration and performance improvements.
